work hard play hard in the past

after reading Melanie's Book about being LO for some artist that came here. it's bring the memories to my previous work in the model management. more less i did the same things too but if she handled the international artist (singer, group band, performer) i handled international models. i contacted the agency, choose the models, bring them down to the country, dealing contract, visa issues, etc. i can said i was more like their personal assistant. there are so many things I've been through. from language barrier until handling complain from client. different country different mentality. models from Uzbekistan easier to be handled but sometimes the language barriers are the problem so many times we have misunderstanding. models from forward country like European or American very hard, bit arrogant..

my position sometimes its kinda hard, in between clients need and models. we have to get win win solution to both parties (this is the hard one) one side i have to satisfied the clients with use our service but other side models are human, they can feel, they can talk, and they just can do anything like what they want. once time my models had photo session, i thought everything was OK but suddenly my client called me and said that he want change model cause the one that i set for him don't want to continue the shoot. i came to the location and find out that the model feel hurt cause the hairdresser treat her hair bad, well tried to explain to the client and he counter back with said "as a model u are ready to everything including people do your hair" well if the model is a thing maybe u can do anything but she is human have feeling and i think its normal anyway finding last minute model wasn't that easy.

behind all of these things, around the model was very nice time. u always become center of attention cause u walk around with beautiful creatures, u can meet amazing people that u can only see from magazine or TV, u can see many interesting thing behind the scene or backstage, u attend exclusive show for exclusive people only, privilege in some clubs when u bring the models, and many more so u work hard and of course play hard. such a fun work actually i really enjoyed it. i missed those moments...

behind the airport story

one day i have to accompany my model to airport and escort her to make sure she pass the immigration check point without any problem. at that time she was close with a guy son of famous parents. he also take my model to the airport. after that he offered me a ride.. in the middle of the road i just realise i lost my phone, and i think it fallen in the parking area in the airport. i felt so bad, one side my phone is my second life cause related to my job, other side i don't want to bother him to turn the car and back to airport cause we already far away from the airport. but he kindly offered me a favour to turn back to the airport car park and looking for the phone. he even convinced me to try first even the result maybe not like we hope. but how if actually we can get it but we never know cause we never try.

then we back and he was rite, my phone still there, on the ground of the car park. its so miracle i can get my phone back in the public area without lost it. and from all of that he was so kind. even his family is famous one, but he want to help me to go back and get my phone back. the way he talk, dress, the car he drive show how he was very low profile imagine what his parents has as important people in the government. he is just so different, while many kids from famous or rich family are so arrogant event some people that think they are someone also so arrogant.

he is just one in million i think. hope he still like the way he is...
