Changing a.k.a revolution

one day a friend said "you have to change, your mind, you laziness, there is no point to keep complain if you dont start to change" kata kata ini sangat menusuk ya kena banget sebenarnya bukan dia aja sih yang pernah bilang gitu tapi beberapa temen baik juga bilang yang sama. i think i have to start now or never. cause i dont have much time, in couple weeks i am going 30, then my sister big day, i have to lose weight before that day. otherwise i read that when you get older it become harder to lose weight. meski semua bilang bukan masalah fisik yang buat gw belum dapet pasangan, tapi menurut gw sih harus dimulai dari situ segala bentuk kecemasan dan kekhawatiran yang muncul di benak gw. gw selalu merasa that there is something wrong with my body. im over weight..



tinggi 165cm dengan berat 70kg itu too much, ukuran 14 itu sangat tidak nyaman, susah carinya.. selai itu sih lebih untuk kesehatan aja, terasa banget waktu ngetrip harus jalan jauh bawa back pack, kalau badan berat itu lebih susah, bagaimanapun kalo kurus kan lebih gampang bergerak. so my plan is every day 30min exercise either some routines or run then one hour every weekend in the morning for an hour exercise like jogging or swimming. im thinking to join Zumba class or gym but not sure yet.

for diet menu, i will reduce carbo and more eat fruit and veggie, but i cant stop my sncaking time, damn so hard to pass that chips, chocolate, biscuit.. :(

according to a healthy life site said that for living healthy some steps below could help for living healty, such as:





  • Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains such as tempe, tofu and foods that contain lots of fiber. At least once or twice a day to consume green vegetables and fruits.
  • Avoid excessive weight or obesity. Research shows, due to obesity, the risk of cancer is greater in particular breast, uterus, colon, stomach, kidney, and gallbladder.
  • Reduce foods high in fat, such as butter, margarine, and milk. Better get your intake of natural fats from nuts or seeds. Forget viscera, brain, food with thick coconut milk, chicken skin and egg yolks. Choose lean meats, food with clear soup, low-fat milk, soy milk, yogurt, egg whites, and fish as a good source of protein.
  • Limit processed foods with a high temperature and a long time or a certain treatment that can cause food procarcinogens such as salted, smoked, baked, roasted until it comes out charcoal (charred). The best thing is the food that is boiled.
  • Be careful with the use of artificial sweeteners, food coloring and preservatives excessive. The best food is fresh food.
  • Choose foods or beverages that natural white (not in-bleach). Use the coloring of foodstuffs such as chocolate from cocoa powder cafe, strowbery red, saffron yellow, and green leaves suji. Do not add sauce, soy sauce, salt and spices flavoring excessively. Expand eat fruits and vegetables.
  • Food is kept clean, diverse, and free from environmental contamination substances. Food processing techniques also affect the quality of the food. Choose a method of cooking food with steamed, boiled, or fried with a little oil.
  • Should not be excessive consumption of beverages containing alcohol and smoking.
  • Physical activity with regular exercise with mental and spiritual health is an integral part of cancer prevention
  • Drink plenty of water, mineral 8 glasses a day, avoid alcohol, soda and drinks with high sugar content and caffeine. Vegetable and fruit juices to keep and maintain good health
